Can't be shipped - Local Beaches Delivery or Pick-Up Only. These must be kept in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh. Will last in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or freezer for 1-2 months. 
Ingredients :
(Cake): Whole Wheat Flour, Fresh Organic Carrots, Organic Rolled Oats, Organic Unsweetened Apple Sauce, Cage-Free Eggs, & Cinnamon.
(Frosting): Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, Arrowroot Flour/Starch, and Pure & Unfiltered Honey (topped with fresh, organic carrot sprinkles)
